The idea behind the design of the urban system was the separation of service centers with a unique character, located on the outer ring at the intersection of urban and main roads. Polycentric urban system, with features organic, to be equipped with a complex of urban design consistent local architecture. Surviving the main corridors are projected part of the "green areas". Communication system connects: the railway, roads, water, underground and road cycling. Bike routes are characteristic function graph connecting housing, workplaces, public transport stops. The individual complex building have been adapted to all age groups, defining the penetration zone, and the enjoyment of public and commercial places. The project involves preferences renewable energy for the function of the city, to take into account sources: rain water, river and sea, earth, wind, sun.
