Vad innebär hållbar utveckling inom stadsplanering?

Diskussionen inleddes med en viktig fråga: vad avses med hållbar utveckling? Hur kan man skapa fler bostäder utan att förstöra de gamla? Är det överhuvudtaget hållbart att bygga ett så här stort samhälle på Sibbesborgs område?

I’m more interested in the process, and the definition - what is a sustainable city (definition), how do you create more homes, without destroying the old ones (that cannot be sustainable to destroy old stuff), how do you keep and create everyday services close. But actually a sustainable village, with possibilities to grow is what is needed.
